Using techniques and always working within each child’s comfort level, massage therapy can help reduce stress and anxiety, improve body awareness, ease muscle tension, and support relaxation and better sleep. Parent or guardian consent is required for all appointments, and a parent or guardian may remain in the treatment room during the session if preferred.
