“Very clean and calming environment. I didn’t have to wait long at all before I was seen by my Physiotherapist Tony! The receptionist was so kind and helpful and I love the fact that they pay for 1hr of parking 😁 I will definitely be coming back to say the least Tony was awesome, he was very friendly and made physio such a great, comfortable experience! “When I got home from my initial physiotherapy assesment, I saw that the clinic had submitted an $85 Chiropractic assessment to my benefits. When I called the clinic to report the mistake, they said that covered the acupuncture I received. As I was never informed that this was a seperate cost, I called my benefits to have the payment cancelled. I will not be returning.”Read moreShow less

“This is definitely a place you can go to get all your needs met. I am most impressed with the MassageTherapist, Raphael, she is absolutely amazing. This was my first massage where I felt no pain, and I felt amazing after.”

“Sought physiotherapy treatment after a motor vehicle accident. Their new clinic is very nice. Conveniently located, new and fresh. Staff were excellent. Fenix and Anju were friendly, understanding, and knowledgeable. Very happy with the service I received.”

“I started treatment here because I thought this group was associated with the pain clinic upstairs. It's important to note that it's not. There wasn't any communication between the two groups for patient care. The therapists were friendly and the admin staff was great, but the exercises I was given over a few weeks were too aggressive for my condition and I ended up regressing in terms of pain and function. “My mother was refer to Main Street Physio by a doctor from St. Joseph's Hospital. The doctor gave us the referral and told us that someone would be contacting us in the days to come. To my surprise, as we left the hospital they called to book a consultation visit. The person who help us book the consultation was very accommodating and got my mother an appointment within a couple days. Due to work schedules, neither my sister or I could take my mom in for her appointment, which made me very uneasy. I called my mother after her appointment and asked how it went. She said the front desk staff helped her with all her paperwork and all of her insurance questions. Appointments were set up for the following week before she even left. Weeks later I came to pick my mother up and met her [physiotherapist Sherry. She was extremely easy going and nice. Only negative is that it is a very busy place. Parking is hard to find and there are a lot of patients in the office. Overall great experience!”Read moreShow less

“I have found that they treat their clients extremely well. They are friendly while still being professional. They know their jobs thoroughly and are willing to not only treat the client for their ailments but also give the clients information as to what they themselves can do to help themselves as well in order to optimize their recovery. Their primary focus is literally on helping their clients to get better and so I would and have recommended them to others who have health issues that need treatment. I know I have been going there for over a year due to the nature of my ailments being a lifelong issue and have never had any problems with what they do since they truly care about what they do and so do it well.”Read moreShow less
