CANCELLATION AND NO SHOWS - Cancellations less than 24 hrs prior to appointment will be charged a fee of $50+ tax, regardless of the reason to make up for the inability to fill the spot, potential supplies ordered and my time. If you fail to show with no notice, 50% of your appointment will be charged. For neuromodulators, as we don’t know the total prior to assessment, a charge of $100 will be charged to your card.
