She is extremely knowledgeable and skilled at massage, and has been an incredibly important part of my healing journey as I learn to manage a number of sport related injuries. With her background she is not only able to help relax muscles but can also tell if your body is overcompensating and if you need to also incorporate either strengthening or stretching in order to heal an injury.
