“I’ve purchased all of my prescription glasses from the Upper Canada Mall LensCrafters location for the last 6-8 years. They’ve got great selections, and better yet, they have EXCELLENT customer service. Just now I came in to get the “nose guards” (what I call them) replaced on my glasses and Joyce was very quick to help me out and get them replaced immediately. Not even a 5 min wait! Come check them out! They’ll treat you well and make sure you get exactly what you need!”

“I had a great experience with LensCrafters Upper Canada Mall. The quality of both the frames and lenses was excellent, and their after-sales service was truly impressive. The staff made the whole process smooth and professional, and I really appreciated their attention to detail and customer care. A special thanks to Jamie, the optometrist, who helped my wife and me with great care, patience, and professionalism when choosing our frames and lenses. He took the time to guide us carefully and made the whole experience much easier and more comfortable.
