“I got a massage with Trish and she was absolutly amazing. First she went over where I feel stiffness and my problem areas. The room was clean, don't expect a super fancy room though. Her hands were magic and she really helped with my knots and was very professional and aways communicated and made sure that she wasnt applying too much pressure. Nice music played in the backgrond too. She helped with my flat feet pain and back and shoulder pain. Overall my experience her with Trish was great and I highly recommend!!!!!”Read moreShow less

“Update: My therapist Megan Friedheim has left and I would never go here now. I'm amazed at how badly Koi has treated her after she moved practices. I don't recommend this place anymore. I went here years ago after a car accident and have returned after having twins. Megan is extremely knowledgeable. She assessed my sacroiliac joint dysfunction and performed an exercise with me which helped immediately. I am attending massage not for pleasure or relaxation but to go alongside my exercises and workouts to build my strength and she has assisted greatly with this. I highly recommend this place. They are following Covid protocols and the place looks immaculately clean. They are able to do direct billing for some plans. The medical center that it is located in has lots of free parking and a clean bathroom.”Read moreShow less

“Booked a massage last week only to get a call right before the appointment telling me she had food poisoning. When I went to my re-scheduled appointment, the secretary acted confused and said Megan went home for the night even though she knew about the appointment. I missed half a day of work, traveled to the downtown location, and never got an explanation or another offer to compensate for this.
