“I've been dealing with a pain in my lower back and hip area for a while, and a friend recommended Fadi at Kinitro. From the first session he took the time to actually understand what was going on, asked thoughtful questions, watched how I moved, and put together a plan that made sense for my case specifically. What I appreciate most is his attitude. He's positive, encouraging, and clearly takes pride in what he does. He's hands on through the entire session, explaining what he's doing and why, and giving me exercises I can actually fit into my day. A few sessions in and I'm already moving with a lot less discomfort. The clinic itself is clean and well kept, and the atmosphere is warm and professional. The front desk staff are friendly and efficient, always quick to help with scheduling. Between Fadi's skill, his genuine care, and the way the whole clinic is run, it's easy to see why people keep coming back. “I highly recommend Jeffrey Lee at Kinitro Physio. I booked a massage to help deal with some persistent muscle tightness, and Jeffrey's technique was spot on. He took the time to assess my needs before starting and used the perfect amount of pressure to work out the knots without overdoing it. I walked out feeling significantly lighter and with much better mobility. The front desk staff at the Surrey clinic were also very friendly and made the whole process seamless. “The girls working in the front office are extremely rude and not helpful at all. They wanted to charge me because I had an emergency come up in which I gave them ample time about. I have never experienced this with any other clinic. They are not supportive or comforting at all. They also messed up on my appointments numerous times as well. I will be going and transferring my injury claims to a different clinic immediately. I will also be telling friends and family to stay away from this unprofessional clinic. Reaching out to better business bureau too. These kinds of places do not deserve our business the way they talk to their clients like that. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!”Read moreShow less

“I had a great experience with Vikrant. He was very patient and took the time to really listen to all of my concerns without rushing me. He explained everything clearly and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. After following his guidance, my knee is feeling so much better. “Fadi and his front desk team are incredible. I’ve been a patient of Fadi for about 4 years and I have nothing but great things to say about him, his treatments and his team. Fadi is very knowledgeable at what he does and he listens to my concerns. He makes sure that my treatment is catered to my needs. Also, as soon as you walk in, you are greeted with a warm welcome from the front desk staff. Whenever I reach out via email or phone to book or reschedule my appointments, they are so quick to pick up the phone or to respond to my emails within a few minutes to an hour which is amazing.
