“I highly recommend Shreya Patel. She was able to fit me in quickly. She gave me a diagnosis and eased my pain within the first meeting. She showed me easy exercises to do at home and then followed up with email exercise examples and an invitation to join Joint Effort’s app which is top notch. By the end of the second appointment she’s got me to full range motion without any pain! She’s miraculous.”
