Somatic Experiencing/Somatic bodywork sessions: SE is a body-based practice with a nervous system lens for changing trauma patterns held in our bodies and building our resilience to stress. This work can be extremely supportive and create lasting neuroplastic changes over time with consistency. I recommend booking recurring sessions for somatic work once you have had an initial visit.
