Cancellation Policy: A minimum of 24-hour notice is required for cancellations, rescheduling, and/or no show appointments. Services will be charged at full rate with less than 24-hour notice. If you need to cancel and/or reschedule within 24-hour notice, please email your therapist. For cancellations and/or rescheduling outside of this time frame, please do so through your Jane profile. You are welcome to change an in-person appointment to be online and/or by telephone by emailing your therapist prior to the appointment time.

Welcome to Inner Connections!
We are a Holistic Psychology clinic located in downtown St. Albert with in-person, video, and phone therapy available across Alberta

Location: We are directly up the street from La Crema Caffé, along St. Joseph street. We do not have exterior building signage. We are located in the same building as T.C. Wealth & Planning Corp. and use the same front door. Please walk up the stairs and you will find our waiting room.
Online Booking (for return clients): You are welcome to book up to a maximum of five upcoming appointments.
Parking: Free 2-hour parking is available in front of the building and throughout downtown St. Albert. Additional free parking can be found directly across the street from St. Albert Place (St. Anne Street). St. Albert Downtown Parking Map is available here.
