“I’ve been seeing Melissa Shadlock for years and can honestly say she is one of the best massage therapists I’ve ever had. I’ve recommended her to many friends over the years because of the exceptional care and professionalism she brings to every session. Unfortunately, I’m writing this review with disappointment due to how the front desk handled a recent appointment. I was told my session would be rescheduled, but that never happened. When I followed up, I was told they had tried to reach me by phone — but there were no missed calls, no voicemails, and no emails. It was clear no actual attempt was made, and being told otherwise felt dishonest and unprofessional. Because of this experience, I’ve sadly made the decision not to return, even though it means leaving behind a therapist I truly value. Melissa is outstanding, and it’s unfortunate that front desk mismanagement has forced me to find a new provider. I hope the business takes this feedback seriously — clients deserve transparency, follow-through, and honest communication.”Read moreShow less
