We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. However, if an appointment is missed without prior notice, the full appointment fee will be charged. Late cancellations or no-shows create gaps in the practitioner’s schedule that are often difficult to fill on short notice. If you have booked your appointment within 24 hours it is considered confirmed and our cancellation policy applies if you need to cancel or reschedule.
