“Had an excellent experience with Ms.Oksana Bashnyak .From the moment I arrived, the environment was calm, clean, and welcoming, which immediately made me feel comfortable. She took the time to understand my concerns and areas of tension before starting, which I really appreciated. The massage itself was very professional and effective. Her technique, pressure, and attention to detail were outstanding, and she clearly knows how to work on problem areas while still keeping the session relaxing. I felt a noticeable difference in my body afterward—much more relaxed, less tension, and overall refreshed. She maintained a very professional approach throughout the session and made sure I was comfortable at all times. “Unprofessional and Disrespectful of Customers’ Time I had a very frustrating experience with this massage therapy centre. Appointments must be booked at least five days in advance, yet after waiting all that time, my appointment was cancelled just two hours before without even a courtesy call. I originally booked a one-hour massage but was later told I would only receive 30 minutes, which was already disappointing. The cancellation was blamed on weather, even though the forecast was available well in advance and everyone knew snow was expected. If weather was going to be an issue, the appointment should have been addressed or cancelled much earlier not at the last minute. Making patients wait days for an appointment and then cancelling without notice shows a lack of professionalism and respect. This was an extremely frustrating experience, and I would not recommend this place.”Read moreShow less

He took the time to really understand what was going on with my back and perfectly targeted the pain points with just the right pressure. Not only was the massage incredibly effective, but he also suggested follow-up stretches to keep things feeling better long after the session.
