“Recently, I started getting treatment from Steve for tennis elbow. The issue had begun to impact my back, shoulder and arm. Steve was very thorough in his approach to a treatment plan, answering any questions I had. During the treatment sessions, I mentioned I had chronic inflammation in my lower back. And had been struggling with it for almost 5 years. He began to treat that issue, adding it to the treatment I was already receiving. It seems that traction was a game changer for my issue. And now, for the first time in almost 5 years, I no longer have that sore lower back. I have been pain free for over a week! I am so grateful. Steve is exceptional. “If I could give this place 6 stars I would! From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, professional, and made me feel completely at ease. The clinic itself is clean, comfortable, and well-organized. Steve really took the time to really listen to my concerns and thoroughly explained everything before starting treatment. I never felt rushed, and it was clear they genuinely cared about my health and recovery. After just a few visits, I’ve noticed an improvement in my pain and mobility. “Best staff ever ☺️ Melissa, the receptionist there, is great. Always greets you with a smile and a hello & up for a chat the minute you walk in the door. All The staff I’ve encountered there are Very friendly and caring. I couldn’t ask for a better chiropractor, Steve is the absolute best! Truly couldn’t ask for anyone better. “My experience at Health & Performance has been great! I have had back issues for 30 years and have had some bad experiences over the years with treatment and set backs. I was extremely nervous when I booked my first appointment with Steve but I knew I needed help. I communicated my fears and past experiences with Steve and he was completely understanding. We came up with a slow and steady treatment plan and he explained everything in great detail along the way making sure I was completely comfortable at every step. “I was medically released from the Canadian Forces in 2021. I have been traveling from Codroy to Corner Brook 3 days a week since then for Physio. I can't say enough good for the all the Staff. I was selected to represent Canada in the Invictus games 2025. If it wasn't for all the Staff I would never have been able to complete all the training and the actual games themselves. They have top notch Physio, chiro and massage theorpy. If you need help I highly recommend Health and Performance. You will be in Good hands”Read moreShow less

“I've been using HP for all my physio needs, and most massage needs since they have opened. Staff are knowledgeable and professional, and they're awesome at keeping the mood light and friendly. “This clinic is absolutely wonderful! My chiropractor is not only very knowledgeable and professional, but also incredibly kind and funny. Appointments never feel stressful because there’s always a laugh and such a comfortable atmosphere. The staff are all terrific, and Melissa at reception deserves a special shout-out.☺️She truly runs that place and knows every patient so well. “The team at Health and Performance are truly amazing! If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would!! They are professional and friendly from the time you walk in the door to the time you leave!! I have seen a few chiropractors in my day and Dr. Steve Kelly is by far the best I’ve had. I went to him after a journey with back surgery and I am so thankful he wasn’t afraid as most usually have been hesitant bc I had a spinal fusion.
