“I visited Headon Physiotherapy to get treated for a case of tennis elbow, and I cannot recommend them enough. The practitioners here are incredibly professional, highly experienced, and work towards understanding patient goals. My initial assessment was with Karim, who was fantastic. He immediately pinpointed the issue, gave me practical tips to contain the inflammation, and started me on a baseline of exercises to get the healing process moving. My follow-up visits were with Simon Janik. Simon is a athleate himself, so he understood the nature of my injury and also spent time understanding my goals when it comes to physical activity. He got me on a clear path to recovery by providing the right hands-on treatment and tailored exercises. More importantly, he gave me invaluable tips on revisiting my equipment, warm-up routine etc to avoid re-injury in the future. “I can’t recommend Kareem highly enough! I came in with chronic shoulder and back pain and left my first session already feeling hopeful. Kareem took the time to thoroughly explain what was causing my issues in a way that actually made sense and he created a personalized treatment plan. He even gave me a resistance band on the spot and sent me a full set of professional exercise videos to follow at home. It made staying consistent so much easier. “Kareem is honestly one of the best physiotherapists I’ve ever seen. He really knows what he’s doing and fixed issues I’d been struggling with for a long time. “Simon, I mean Dr. Simon Janik. I had been living with Vertigo for over 20 years off and On. It got to the point that I would fall over when getting out of bed so I needed help and It was during covid. While I was Living in Ontario, Simon cured me within 4 visits of seeing him. Five years later, the Vertigo came back 2 weeks ago, so I new I needed to see him again.. So now I am living in Nova Scotia, It was totally worth flying up to see Dr. Simon again. Once he did the initial assessment, he did two manouvers in the clinic to see which ear was effected and the next day he gave me instructions to continue on my own, and the Vertigo was gone, I mean really gone. SO very important to have him first determine which side is causing the isse before any treatment begins. He is so knowledgeable, I would highly refer anyone to his clinic. Lovly bedside manor, truly interested in solving my issue. I didnt have to wait long for an appointment. Simon was also able to accomodated me in the evening hours so I flew into Pearson Airport and the same day, drove straight there to be seen. He knows his stuff. “I’ve been meaning to check this place out for a while since my neighbor mentioned Dr. Jasek has been in Burlington for decades, and I finally swung by recently for some nagging neck pain. To be honest, I was a little skeptical about the "quick" 15-minute appointments, but I was pleasantly surprised that the whole process is incredibly efficient without feeling like a factory. Dr. J is very gentle and actually explains the mechanics of the adjustment. The only minor thing was that it’s quite an open-concept layout, but the warm, family vibe from Candice at the front makes it feel very welcoming.
