“Hi…My name is Gayle I would love to share my story of how acupuncture has helped me, so it can help you too! Over the years I have had several issues where I have turned to acupuncture for help… 1. In 2011 I suffered with a sciatic nerve problem which was debilitating to the point that I was unable to walk without crutches…I was fortunate enough to find a doctor who specialized in Traditional Chinese Medicine….with a combination of acupuncture and Chinese massage I was able to walk across the room with no assistance whatsoever after only 40 minutes of treatment.After just 3 weeks of this treatment I have not suffered from sciatica since 2. In 2018 I had an issue with my left ear continuously being plugged up which caused me a lot of imbalance problems ….again I contacted another doctor who specialized in Traditional Chinese Medicine using acupuncture…after 5 treatments I was cured of my imbalance problems 3. My latest experience has been with Logan Grundy R.TCM.P at Habitat Health…in 2025 the arthritis in my left knee was so painful such that I was terrified that I wouldn’t be able to ski at Silverstar Resort for the 2025-26 season…I was regularly skiing 80-83 days a season…in September 2025 I was very fortunate to be treated by Logan who also practices Traditional Chinese Medicine….again with the help of acupuncture From September through December I was miraculously able to ski the entire season at Silverstar Logan is very knowledgeable about the workings of every muscle in the body and the beneficial effects that acupuncture can provide…he is very caring and gentle, making the process if needle insertion and removal very comfortable So for any of you who are in need of relief but are hesitant to proceed… Give acupuncture a try….it really works!”Read moreShow less

“After struggling with an impossibly slow recovery from a shoulder injury, for over a year, I went to see Logan as a last ditch effort. Leading up to my injury I was Masters swimming, mountain biking, and xc skiing frequently. Weekly physio, chiro, and actually doing the daily work and my shoulder just wasn’t gaining range of motion like I’d been hoping to see, and I was becoming deflated. “Logan has helped me in my healing process with two knee injuries. I met him eight years ago when I blew apart my knee, multiple ligament tears , complete tear of the ACL, bakers cyst , nerve damage to my foot. Acupuncture is a natural way to deal with pain without the use of addictive drugs, helps with circulation, enhancing the healing process, helps with stress release, helps me sleep better. Injured my other knee more recently could barely go up and down stairs without pain. Happily back riding my bike and looking forward to kayaking this summer.
