“Excellent and very professional. They always accommodate your schedule. Greeted with a friendly smile and conversation. Always asked what your pain level is so that you can be adjusted properly with sincerity. I have a very extreme amount of pain and when I leave there I feel like a brand new person! I breezed past the reviews on here and I'm confused on why there are poor comments, but hey that's a person's personal option. Here's mine: I have never had an issue in the amount of years I've been going It has been the same routine. Sometimes you might have to wait and it does take time to feel more comfort in some cases depending on what your medical issue is...but that's like any medical services you utilize, you may experience await. The wait time is never that long. Regardless in the end it's worth it. Big thank you to Dr waybrant, Becky and the other staff there for all you do! “I have been seeing Dr Guerette for a couple of years, now...since Dr Clubb retired and introduced me to him. So many times my back has gone out and I am unable to straighten up, very difficult to walk, hurts to stand, sit, sleep, etc. etc. I limp or crawl into their office and 99% of the time i can "walk" out after 1 treatment, the other 1% of the time i have to go back for a second treatment, but only because I waited too long to call his office, or in today's case, it was a long weekend, so I just assumed they would be closed.”Read moreShow less

“Extremely unprofessional, doctor doesn't care about you or your issues just wants to hustle a quick 50 off you for a couple random cracks that will likely just make things worse. Also puts you in a room for half an hour before talking to you.”

“Not a fan. I’ve been to a few chiropractic clinics over the years, and this one was the least professional. No interest in actually treating what was wrong. Demanded payment before being seen. When I saw the chiropractor and described my problem, he seemed more interested in just cracking my back and hustling me out. I only went to them because my regular chiropractor was closed that day. I’ll never be back to Guerette. I suppose I got what I should have expected from someone who operates out of a mall.”Read moreShow less

“Woke up with a sore neck, bad enough I could barely get around the house. Went in the next day, and now I barely feel any pain at all. Going back for another visit to hopefully get back to normal. “Went to Guerette yesterday, first time. My arm had been tingling and feeling numb for a while and heard good things and needed somewhere to go as it was late and thought maybe a chiropractor can help my arm. Being new he just stood at the door and just called me over like ive been there for years. He didnt even shake my hand until we got in the room. I felt like i was already unwelcomed and that he just wanted to hurry. I tried telling him what I have been up to that might be causing the problem but I felt like he wasn't listening. I'm a stylist for a living so a good consultation is very important. Less than a minute. He just did one thing and now my arm is much worse. Didn't even wait a minute to see if that worked, just felt like i was being pushed out the door. No sleep and now I have a 10 hour day ahead of me for work that I will not be able to make it anywhere to get it fixed. My arm is numb and I know my work day is going to not be good. I'm miserable. I have never had a bad experience at any chiropractor in my life. For $40 that was a waste of money. I hope he can fix it Friday when I will have time.”Read moreShow less
