She always is able to accommodate what best fits my schedule, even if it’s last minute because I didn’t plan ahead and I desperately need to get in, I can always count on her to make me feel like a million bucks after my massage! “I was really disappointed with my massage. I booked a deep tissue massage with Nicole. When I asked her to press harder in the muscles in my back, she said she couldn’t do it because they were too hard, “like cinder blocks”. Why do you think I booked a deep tissue massage? And she spent an inordinately long time on my arms - about 15 minutes out of the hour. I left feeling no better than when I came in.”Read moreShow less

“*My unbiased review - Ive never been here previously, I dont know Nicole or Katelyn personally.* Nicole provided a great massage and Reiki session, although she seemed abbrassive when I first arrived, which my friend noted also. By the end of our session, I sensed it was anxious energy and maybe not a true sense of her. We all have hard days and Im sure being sensitive to energy is very hard. For someone who doesnt frequently get massages or Reiki (one massage previously and Reiki only ever done by a one other person) I felt like there were some assumptions or expectations to know things I didnt - from how much I needed to undress to where my glasses were put down after being left in the room to get redressed.. I also had a brow tint and wax with Katleyn which was great! She is so lovely amd gentle!! however, the costly lash lift and tint didnt take. *this whole experience was a gift from 10 of my friends/family members so they were all quite disappointed because they knew thats what I'd be most excited about. Just to note - I didnt touch my eyes for two days except to remove the excess glue with a qtip with a drop of cold water late the night, as directed, because my eyelids kept sticking. I am not sure why it didn't really take. I've had a tint and left before and it did, and Katelyns process seemed to be the same so I'm just going to assume it just is what it is. Side note - if you are sensitive to swearing, a lot of the music played did have swearing, although a calm melody. Personally, it doesn't bother me. But I work with some adults that are very bothered by swearing so just F.Y I. All in all, If you have experience with receiving massage and/or reiki and it's something you enjoy, I would definitely recommend seeing Nicole. Likewise, Katelyn did a fabulous job of my brows, so I would definitely recommend her for that!”Read moreShow less
