“Emily made me feel super comfortable at my first pelvic floor exam. She explained everything in detail to me, gave me great exercises to work on my diastsis recti issues postpartum! I will for sure be going back!”

“Had a big fall biking and am deeply grateful that Karly was close by to provide incredible care. My recovery has been dramatically better than with past concussions, and this is wholly due to the expertise that Karly brings. She is up to date on the vanguard of concussion research, and has taught me how to manage and move through my symptoms in a way that enabled me to balance not giving up on the activities I love while prioritizing a healthy and safe recovery. I’ve never come across a health care practitioner as curious, compassionate, and deeply knowledgeable as Karly— Squamish is wildly lucky to have her and her clinic Groms.”Read moreShow less

“My child, now a nationally ranking #3 as a Neo-Junior Speedskater, received a very high quality diagnosis and help in timely manner by Karly Dagys between 2018-2021 (when she was working at Play Works Physio). I can never forget how Karly educated my child on compensating muscles and using simple techniques for better body dynamics. I can write a book on this, but wrap up here saying that Karly, you are the best, we miss you and wish you a very successful healthy time. - B”Read moreShow less
