“I had a complicated case but the Branch Director (Johnny) took care of my situation personally and also I had the most thorough eye exam ever by Dr. Riad Antaki who spent nearly an hour with me. Both very professional individuals. Impressive experience.”

“Horrible expérience I can in for my appointment they asked me the language a preferred I told them English then the 2 arabes lady the one with the hijab takes her other friend goes on laughing because I said I don’t speak French then I ask what’s the problem she goes on and tell me your not gonna keep talking all of that talking like who are you to tell me what to do? “Accidentally fell asleep with my glasses on and bent them. Big shout out to Naomi(I think that was her name) for going the extra mile and fixing my glasses for me. She went above and beyond and even offered to fix and replace something else I hadn’t noticed that was wrong with my glasses. Felt like a brand new pair of glasses after she was done. “I had an amazing experience at this store. I've been struggling a lot to find the right pair of glasses, and after trying two other Greiche & Scaff locations, I went to the one at Marché Central and got help from Christine who was beyond helpful. She was so patient, honest and respectful, and made the entire process so much easier and smoother. Her expertise really shows and thanks to her I was finally able to find the right pair for me. “My eye exam appointment at Greishe Scaff / Marche Central was extremely disappointing. I was initially misdirected to an unmanned counter and then forgotten about for 20 minutes. A kind staff member, who apologized repeatedly for the error, eventually stepped in to help. I made it clear to her that the issue was the initial staff member's poor direction and the severe lack of organizational flow, not her service. However, immediately following this delay, the staff member politely insisted I change seats to an uncomfortable crowded row of chairs . Due to the cumulative delays and disregard for customer comfort, I immediately cancelled my appointment. Management needs to urgently address their check-in protocols and staff professionalism. “Extremely rude staff and terrible service. I asked for my PD measurement after getting my prescription there. They made me wait 30 minutes, only to hand me a paper without the measurement. When I asked for clarification, the representative responded rudely and aggressively, lecturing me that in Canada they “don’t need to provide that information.” If this is something they refuse to provide, then say so upfront instead of wasting a client’s time and speaking to them disrespectfully. For a store that charges excessively high, uncompetitive prices, the very least they could offer is basic customer service—especially to someone who has purchased multiple pairs of glasses from them. I will never return to this store, and I will make sure others know just how unacceptable and disappointing my experience was.”Read moreShow less

“This place represents what is Canada 🇨🇦❤️all about, kindness and compassion. There is a gentleman greeting customers at the door with open arms, and although I wasn't able to see through his face mask I could still sense his smile. I came with no appointment for my little daughter and we were still welcome, we were advised to wait until someone was available, but fortunately we didn't need to wait at all. Turns out my daughter really needs glasses and some other examination was needed like pupils dilatation, but she was happy and confortable with the way she was treated.
