Kate is an absolutely wonderful physiotherapist. She is incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about what she does and it shows in every single session I’ve attended. I would highly recommend her to any of my loved ones. Thanks Kate!

I had a chronic pelvic floor issue pre & post-partum. Kate’s friendly, humorous, and genuine demeanour made me feel at ease. Kate ensures her patients understand—key in healing/rehab. Understand our bodies and the “why” and then learning how to heal and realign. Forever grateful for Kate! Brushing my teeth, laughing, coughing, sneezing, and jumping on trampolines never felt so good and free!!! With Kate’s expertise and support I feel empowered and strong! 💚

I recommend my pelvic physiotherapist Kate. She supported me through one of the most challenging seasons of my postpartum journey with incredible professionalism, compassion, and expertise. Since then she’s word closely with me during a second pregnancy and numerous times postpartum for a handful of reasons - she is unreal at pelvic PT but overall an outstanding physiotherapist. She is exceptionally knowledgeable and always took the time to listen, explain, and create a treatment plan that made me feel confident and supported. Her care had such a positive impact on both my recovery and my overall well-being. Beyond being an outstanding physiotherapist, she’s a genuinely kind person who became a wonderful friend along the way. I’m so grateful for everything she has done for me, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for compassionate, highly skilled care.

Kate is a special human being who also happens to be a rock star pelvic floor physio. She has helped me on countless occasions. Her attention to the whole body and the activity and stresses that go into being a mom, has meant that I've been able to look after my body in new and meaningful ways. I highly recommend meeting with Kate as your pelvic floor physiotherapist. I learn something new at most appointments.

I had a wonderful experience working with Kate. I saw her for my pre and postpartum recovery. Kate was very friendly and welcoming. I could see the passion she has for her job and in helping women - she was extremely knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable throughout each session. She listened to my concerns, and provided very helpful and insightful treatment and information. I have come a long way since seeing Kate and I couldn't have done it without her! I would absolutely recommend Kate to anyone for pelvic floor physiotherapy!!

I'm so grateful I found Kate for my 2nd pregnancy. I did not see a pelvic floor physio after my first and started seeing her early on with my second. With her support I was able to give my body the attention and care it deserved throughout my pregnancy and postpartum experience. We all know how strenuous pregnancy, labour and delivery are on our bodies but we too often don't give ourselves the time we need to heal. Kate completely opened my eyes as to why recovery is so important. In every appointment she took her time, made me feel very safe and heard and made sure I understood the why behind what was happening and how the treatments she recommended would address those concerns. The fact that she is personable and easy to talk to with excellent bedside manner was an absolute bonus. I also took postnatal classes she offered and learned tools and techniques to help ease myself back into working out in a safe way that has really paid off. I cannot express how important pelvic health is to women and could not recommend Kate enough.

Every pregnant and postpartum woman needs Kate in their corner. Before becoming pregnant, I had never seen a pelvic floor physiotherapist. I started following Kate on Instagram during my pregnancy and was immediately drawn to her incredible wealth of knowledge, practical advice, and genuinely supportive approach. Throughout my pregnancy, Kate gave me the confidence to trust myself, make informed decisions, and create a birth plan that felt right for me and my baby. She empowered me to understand that there is no one “perfect” birth experience, only the one that is best for you. Her approach is informative, compassionate, completely non judgemental, and always centred around supporting both mother and baby. I ended up having a C section, and Kate was absolutely invaluable both before and after birth. She helped me feel prepared and informed going into surgery, and afterwards she guided me through exercises and recovery techniques that completely transformed my healing journey. Despite having wonderful doctors and midwives, no one had given me practical advice about scar care, pain management, or recovery in the way Kate did. I experienced significant numbness around my scar initially, but thanks to Kate’s guidance I now have full sensation, and two years postpartum my scar is barely visible. The results have been incredible. One of the biggest surprises for me was learning that even without a vaginal birth, pregnancy itself has a huge impact on the pelvic floor. During a thorough assessment, Kate quickly identified exactly what was going on, including high pelvic floor tone and low oestrogen, and gave me a clear plan to help my body heal and recover properly. Looking back, I genuinely cannot imagine going through pregnancy and postpartum without this level of care and support. Kate completely changed my experience for the better. Every woman deserves access to this kind of expertise. I cannot recommend her highly enough.

Kate was my pelvic floor physio for both of my pregnancies at her New Westminster location. I would highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for a pelvic floor physio. I have known Kate for over 5 years, and she is extremely knowledgeable, experienced, compassionate, and helpful as a pelvic floor practitioner and expert. Her tips for both pre and postnatal care are still some of the best tips I have received for both pregnancies! The advice she gave really helped with my positive experiences for both pregnancies and births (e.g. gave on breathing, how to push (or not push) during active labour, how to minimize pain, and how to improve the recovery process after labour). Also, she is a wonderful (and busy!) mom herself and runs her physio clinic well. Good luck with your Langley location, Kate!

I would suggest going to see Kate to everyone and anyone. She is so warm and kind it's like hanging out with a very knowledgeable friend. I worked with her before and after both my pregnancys and will continue in a preventative way.

Kate is honestly the best thing that happened to me post partum. Not only did she work miracles with my pelvic floor, she encountered me in one of the worst years of my life (post partum depression and a newly diagnosed chronic illness) and she served me with such grace and empathy. I quite literally don’t think I would have survived a negative experience and she was exactly the opposite. I truly cannot say enough good things about Kate, both as a physiotherapist and a person. You will forever be thankful you chose her to assist with you pelvic floor issues.
