“Dr Zayac had been my dentist for many, many years but I ended up moving to about as far from his dental office as one could without leaving the city. I tried a few other dental offices closer to my home and had nothing but negative experiences, so I am back to Grand Smiles - Roblin. It is worth the commute! The Grand Smiles team is very friendly, efficient and genuinely seem to care. Dr Zayac is a fantastic dentist. Dr Gradt is also wonderful. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. “These women absolutely care about their work and it shows! Happy polite hygienist and optimistic cheery dentist provided perhaps the best dental experience Ive ever had. The two of them diligently worked together on a cosmetic issue I had that I’ve been insecure about for nearly 10 years. It’s completely resolved and only took an hour. I’m incredibly happy! “I gave 2 stars because of the arrogance I just received from the receptionist at this establishment. She was rude and ignorant. She made me feel obligated to leave by the way she spoke to me about my childs coverage or rather non coverage. She didn't have to sound and speak with such arrogance and belittement. She was reluctant to give the specialists card saying "I would hate for you to start off on the wrong foot, with not have treaty status for you child" I went up to the front desk to try booking appointments for my 5 other children, before I could even open my mouth she cut me off. Didn't even give a chance to speak even during our conversation she cut off when I started to speak. The Saturday pior, the entire staff was different so I gave an extra star for that. But today I felt like we weren't respected the dentist kept her head lamp on, shining in my face as she was speaking to me about my child, then the receptionist not giving me a chance to speak it was a rude experience and almost seems racial, as we are first Nations of Canada. I would not refer this dentist to anyone especially if you are aboriginal as she did not like the fact that my baby's treaty hasn't been established yet due to an error on her birth certificate. She wouldn't even let me tell her that either and cut it down as we were wrong to book an appointment with treaty coverage. I should add that she kept saying repeatly were not gonna charge for this appointment but seemed very annoyed about it. I mean if it was that big of deal she couldve said in voicemail this morning we can't see your child because her treaty status hasn't kicked in yet. Not say yes we'll see your child then make you feel awful for it.”Read moreShow less
