“I started seeing Carly at the beginning of September 2020 for recurring headaches and neck pain and also found out from my dentist that I was a teeth clencher - so my jaw was very sore from time to time. I told Carly everything that I was doing in my day to day life, my sleeping patterns and told her exactly where my pain was and what would usually set off my headaches (I was really stressed out at the time I was seeing her as well). She then suggested getting my face massage. She told me exactly how she was going to do it and that she would put a glove on her one hand and insert her index finger into my mouth and massage the inside and outside to relieve my TMJ. (Trust me, if you have never had this done, IT IS AMAZING!!) Since she started massaging my face, I have noticed HUGE changes in my day to day activities and I can actually feel the stress build up in my cheek bones when I get anxious or start clenching again. It has made me more aware of my emotional well being and what I have to do for Self-Care. She was able to help me tremendously and I love that she CARES and will do the research and figure out ways to help you.
