“Glen Hill Terrace takes the health of its residents very serious When visiting you must take a rapid test and wear a mask The home is very clean. Staff are wonderful and show they really do care and understand the needs of residents. Kathryn is wonderful with staff and provides family with updates on happenings in the home. Regular calls from nursing staff to update us on any concerns that may arise. Many daily activities are scheduled for the residents. No concerns from me.”Read moreShow less

“I just read Ruth Stringer's review and wish to share my opinion as well. I visited my mother on 3 North on the weekend. It was shocking to say the least. To begin with, the 3rd floor looked very sterile, as if I were in a hospital setting. Not a hint of decorations anywhere in the dining/lounge area. Sunday's visit at lunch time went fairly well until staff started collecting dishes, etc. from tables and tossing them noisily into bins. I took mother to her room. The one bright spot that day was a piano played very briefly by a staff member before she left. Sunday was no better. I meant to ask if turkey was on the menu for dinner but forgot. I also learned that personal belongings go missing quire regularly. SAD”Read moreShow less
