“I first contacted Functional Physio and Wellness for support for injured workers on the project I was working on. Thankfully, during my tenure, that was not required. I had at this time been suffering from limited mobility in my left shoulder, and upon mentioning this to Megan, she stated that she would work with me to improve this mobility. Megan introduced me to dry needling in the affected area after the first treatment, which included dry needling and shoulder manipulation. I had improved mobility! I saw Megan for approximately 10 months, during which I regained significant mobility in my shoulder. I also started weight training alongside the physiotherapy work. Megan is a true SME in her field, and I highly recommend her and her team if you require mobility treatment. All the best, Megan!”

“Megan is 100% by far the best. I have had years of pain, after 2 knee surgerys and being diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis and being 100 lbs over weight I thought this was how life would be forever. After seeing doctors, chiropractors, massage and other physiotherapists with no good results I thought id try one more time. After my first meeting with Megan I left the appointment feeling hopeful. after 3 appointments i was able to walk without much pain,after the next 3 almost no pain and down 20lbs in weight. I would absolutely recommend Megan, She is very knowledgeable in how the body works,will sit and listen to you to find the best course of treatment and just generally cares how you feel. “I have gone to Megan, Stephanie, and Sarah. They are all very knowledgeable and amazing ! The atmosphere is fantastic also, if you go in feeling nervous, it won't last long ! Never thought I'd have full range in my neck again without pain, I can fully move my head now comfortably! Just finished my first acupuncture treatment, went in with a hurting hip, stomach pain, & feeling anxious.....Leave having no pain and feeling calmer than I have in a long time! Thank you, ladies!”

“Megan Sapinsky is a miracle worker! I have had crippling lower back and hip pain for over 15 years and after 1 Gunn IMS session with Megan, I immediately felt better. I would experience seizing pain at least once a week where I could barely move and since going to Functional Physio, I haven't experienced that pain since. I can finally move easily and lay flat on my back for the first time in years. Just absolutely amazing treatments, with an outstanding company, full of friendly staff and intelligent women who really know their stuff.
