“I went to Lindsay for pelvic floor physio pre and postpartum and found her incredibly knowledgeable and helpful in navigating my birth and recovery process. As a result of this fantastic experience, I decided to see her about the chronic back pain I'd been experiencing for over 10 years. I had seen chiropractors, massage therapists, and other physiotherapists and not had any success in treating it. However, with Lindsay's help, I've been able to return to a much more active lifestyle (lifting weights, playing hockey and volleyball, etc.) with minimal pain. As a bonus, Lindsay is a genuinely kind, down-to-earth person who instantly makes you feel comfortable.”

“Along with having hypermobile joints, I also have ankylosing spondylitis and rheumatoid, and Lindsay is fantastic! She uses a much gentler approach than the forceful manipulation I've had in the past, and it is more effective than any physio I've had before. Lindsay is easy to talk to, very knowledgeable, familiar with autoimmune conditions, and aware (she notices when I have my ring on my necklace and knows I'm inflamed). Super nice, helpful, and friendly team all around! The online booking system is awesome too, just to make the place even more convenient.”
