Pure bliss. Such a refreshing way to start 2026. I had the HydraFacial with a collagen mask treatment, and my skin looked incredibly dewy and fresh afterward. The spa space is beautiful, calm, and zen. It’s quiet and deeply relaxing from the moment you walk in. I also didn’t expect to receive a foot massage during the facial, which was such a lovely and thoughtful touch. Thank you for the glowing skin and the warm, friendly service. The team made the whole experience feel so special. The spa at Four Seasons Whistler is definitely a must-visit.

(review from a Thursday in February) Ruby was the main front desk member to help my boyfriend and I. She was amazing, so kind and helpful. Cindy & Serena gave us our amazing massages. They were both very kind and made the experience that much better. The spa itself was very clean and we actually would come back. Huge consideration to make would be: we came in as a single & kid-less couple and there was three hot tubs full of 15+ kids (even in the adult only hot tub) although, the staff did ask the kids to leave after about 10 minutes. I felt bad because I didn’t know it was SO kid friendly and I would have prepared differently and dressed accordingly, but it all worked out.

If you’re reading these reviews, you probably already know this spa is rated noticeably lower than other options in Whistler. Like me, you may still be tempted by a specific treatment not offered elsewhere. As a pregnant woman, my spa options are limited, so I was excited to see that this spa advertised hydrafacial treatments. There was no disclaimer on the website indicating that pregnant guests could not receive this service. While staying at the hotel, my husband and I decided to book another spa day here specifically so I could do the hydrafacial, especially after having a great prenatal massage earlier in the week. Even though I would have preferred a higher-rated spa in town, this treatment was the deciding factor. Upon arrival, I was informed that I would not be allowed to receive the hydrafacial due to my pregnancy. While disappointing, I tried to be a good sport and felt it would still be worthwhile if my husband could at least receive the treatment we had booked. Unfortunately, the front desk misunderstood our request and fully canceled the hydrafacial altogether, resulting in my husband receiving a standard facial instead. We did not want or need regular facials. The hydrafacial was the sole reason we booked. When I expressed my disappointment at checkout, the response was underwhelming. We received a minimal apology and were offered 15% off one treatment, which felt inadequate given the multiple breakdowns in communication and experience. Overall, this was a very mediocre spa experience, made significantly worse by poor customer service. I truly wish we had booked elsewhere.

I had a pedicure and facial and those services were amazing as was the lovely person that took care of me during my services. This post is a warning to avoid the Spa at all costs unless staying at the hotel. My booking email specifically states if you get a facial or massage that you can use the pool area. The email then referenced that the Spa itself (not the pool) may have blackout dates. After receiving the email I called the hotel 5 times to try to get in touch with the spa before getting someone in the Spa (who told me to arrive an hour early so I could use the pool and confirmed my appointment). The concierge at the hotel had no information she could provide when I reached her prior to the Spa desk itself (I called her after my repeated calls to the spa with no one answering). When I arrived for my appointment I was treated very rudely and told "locals" cannot use the pool (I am not a local). I asked to leave and was told not to leave and that "this one time" I could use the pool. I asked to leave again, and was made to understand I would be charged for services if I did so. I was extremely uncomfortable and although the facial and pedicure were great the rest of the experience was horrible. I called a car from my hotel to pick me up and left quickly at the end, talking to an assistant manager for the hotel on the way out about my experience. That was Wednesday. As of today (Saturday morning) I have received no follow-up. There would be really no issue for me if the details of my appointment had been made clear and if rude comments had not been made to me. I am staying at another hotel and just would have arrived later for my appointment and hopefully not have been treated so poorly. I recommend the Spa at Nita Lodge highly, where they are welcoming and take hospitality seriously. Interesting they responded months later on Google yet management never reached out to me directly to "make it right" as promised.

This spa is good, not one of the top experiences I’ve had at a luxury resort. The waiting room for treatments is small and full of other guests waiting. The changing room with the lockers is spacious and enjoyable

Luxury from start to finish. Just outside the main village, the Four Seasons is easy to get to. They even offer free parking if you need to drive. The facilities are immaculate and the staff are ever helpful. By booking a treatment you get a free bath robe and slippers as well as unlimited towels and access to the resort's outdoor pool and hot tub. They also offer a great selection of add-ons to their standard treatments if you're looking for something extra.

The hot tub is their featured image on their website, yet they don't give guests of the spa access to the hot tub! Tried booking a nice gift of a couples massage spa treatment, but they don't offer spa amenities. Why would you charge guests of the spa full price when you are only providing partial services? Following your logic, here's partial stars in return.

Absolutely phenomenal. My friend and I enjoyed 2 days at the spa & the staff is exceptional. Great service, they’re in great moods, so kind. Would recommend ten times over. If you buy a treatment, you get spa access and complimentary valet.

Nice spa, fantastic scrub and massage from Raiko- maybe the best I've had at a resort. Underwhelmed by locker/ relaxation lounge room. Had to ask multiple times for basic amenities like deodorant. Only one hair dryer. Lots of small children running around in the women's changing area. Pool was fantastic.

Our stay at the hotel was absolutely breath taking. The staff went above and beyond making our Honeymoon in Whistler unforgettable! We arrived with my wife receiving a rose and we found an amazing piece of dessert waiting for us in our room. The balcony was a must! Taking in the sunrises and sunsets between Blackcomb and Whistler is a memory and sight that will remain with us forever. Special thanks to Chris in customer service and the rest of the team too. They gave us all the best info and we avoided any crowds to be had in off season Whistler ..
