“Had my very first physio appointment with Katie today and it was amazing! She was so friendly and welcoming while remaining very professional. “I have used flex physio for massage and physio.Hailey is who I see for massage regularly with cupping.If youre looking for someone to get into those trouble spots and fix ya shes your gal. No guff, you will be sore but in better shape when you finish a session with Hailey. She is personable and very informative on the process. Appreciate the ambiance, warm massage table and explaining of body work as its done. Dylan who helped me recover from a knee injury was friendly, professional and result oriented.The App exercises kept me on track and my recovery was successful. “I have been going to Flex Physio sence they opened. I’ve been with Katie at a previous place of work for treatment and have come with her to Flex Physio when she started her new business. Katie and all of the people are all very positive and a positive atmosphere. Me and my mom go on a regular basis. From dry needles, to dry needles with cupping and now cupping with massage. All experiences have been amazing and All were with different people who work under Katie. If it wasn’t for Katie and her crew, I would be in a very different place physically. They are there to help and want to see you get better. I have suggested Flex physio to multiple other people as well. And the drive from near Hythe is worth it. “I can't say enough good things about flex physio. I started out with Alesia, I have been working with Katie and Sonali. They have incorporated an integrated approach to my recovery, I can say without a doubt that had I not found them I would not be doing such progress. I am able to do simple daily tasks that I havent been able to do in years, I am so grateful for all the staff at flex! Tammy is always nice to see and chat with, great way to start your appointment. Sonali and I work together often and she has incorporated exercise and yoga, i always look forward to our program.
