“I must say, I'm really happy with Fit Chiro. The space is clean and zen like. The receptionists had the most beautiful energy. And Dr Simon Conde, attentive and gentle and easy to connect with. I was a bit hesitant but felt really "light and open" post treatment with no negative symptoms. I'm not sure if chiro will fix my particular issue, but regardless, I'll be going back regularly to reap what benefits I can, I definitely recommend my clients to try Fit Chiro!!! “Derek has healed me really fast with Trigger Point Therapy (more than once)! He’s very knowledgeable in it, and it’s hard to find practitioners who specialize in that here. Maybe most people see him for Chiropractic treatments, but I mainly see him for his wealth of knowledge in muscular problems, he’s helped me more than massage therapists and physiotherapists combined. I’m just prone to trigger points (because i work out lots and have some structural postural issues and muscle imbalances). It’s crazy just how many “injuries” and physical ailments I’ve had that are just caused by muscles, that can be instantaneously cured by trigger point therapy, and this is why I'm so fascinated with trigger point therapy. For example just recently I went in with such bad knee pain I could barely walk, all caused by other muscles, after 1 treatment I could walk out with no pain. Once he explained to me the problem muscles I had to work on, it was easy for me to deactivate the trigger points myself at home, and anyways I've had another miraculous fast recovery and can run effortlessly again. I try to learn and do it myself as much as possible, but theres just times when I can’t figure it all out myself and so Im thankful Derek is there for those times. He usually sorts me out in one visit which is tremendous - I’ve had many experiences with other practitioners where my old injuries get irritated and we go into a spiral of increasing visits. “Dr. Derek Vinge is so amazing! I've been seeing him for almost 10yrs. The first time I saw him I could barely walk from a back injury. It has been a long and hard process, but regaining mobility and preventing further injury has been quite the journey. I highly recommend seeing him.
