I met with Cyril today for the first after my ankle was healing. He was great in showing me exercises to do which will improve the healing and mobility of my lower foot and ankle! I will be seeing him in one week to measure my improvement. Love he could come to my apartment as I am not able to drive yet!. Thanks for your support!

Brenden was kind and compassionate in dealing with my 90 year old mother. She was nervous and anxious yet Brenden’s calm reassurances made mom’s session a great one!!

Alex is so good with our aged father. We are so grateful to him for keeping Dad mobile, and jerking his balance steady, too. Alex visits twice a week, and has such a good manner and method of working. We appreciate him a lot.

We had a very disappointing experience with this mobile physiotherapy company. Five days ago, we booked an appointment online for Monday morning with a specific therapist, Milan. The system showed his availability, the appointment was confirmed, and we provided our credit card information after the time of booking. Late Sunday afternoon — less than 24 hours before the appointment — we suddenly received an email saying the appointment time and therapist were being changed. We were not contacted beforehand, and no one asked for our permission to switch therapists. After we called to question this, Milan texted saying he could not come because our address was not in his area and suggested another therapist instead. This raises serious concerns. If he does not service our area, why was his availability shown on the online booking platform in the first place? Why confirm the appointment and take my credit card details, only to change it at the last minute? Logistical challenges are understandable in mobile services, but showing incorrect availability and changing appointments without client consent is unprofessional and poorly managed. We hope the company improves its booking system and communication process so other families do not experience the same inconvenience — especially when arranging care for elderly patients. An updating: The clinic contacted us to apologize and offered a complimentary assessment with Marija. She has been kind and professional so far, and the experience has improved. I appreciate their effort to resolve the issue.

I don’t know why I was never told about in home therapies in my entire recovery but; nonetheless, ever since I came across FisioMed mobile clinic , every session booked whether Physio, Kiniseo these therapies has given me the best and worth my time experience. The therapists are amazing and knows what to do and what after care excercises to offer for pain. I’m very thankful and happy with the results so far.

I had such a great experience with Milan. He was kind, professional, and really took the time to listen to what was going on. The adjustment made such a difference — I was left feeling lighter and so much better. You can tell he genuinely cares about his patients and knows what he’s doing. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a chiropractor who truly helps and makes you feel comfortable!

My 86 year old mother had been residing in Assisted Living & had been in declining health (mobility & cognitive) over the last year or so. She had several falls in mid-July & landed in hospital. After a week laying in bed there - with virtually no rehab or exercise from hospital staff- she was no longer able to stand or walk on her own. So I reached out to Jag Sandu (who had worked with her previously) & he & Kai Cuminsky worked at rehabbing her 4-5 days a week in hospital. She made good progress during her 4 weeks there but upon discharge she had to go into Long Term Care. We have continued to have them work with her there & while she needs to be in wheelchair now (as it's no longer safe for to use her walker on her own), with their hard work, guidance & encouragement she has made huge progress. She's regained her strength & endurance & can walk (while escorted) & is now able to transfer from her wheelchair to bed & chair to toilet. Without them working with her I'm convinced this would not have been possible. They are both excellent with seniors & their patience, caring & positive feedback that encourages them to keep going, is what makes them so effective. We plan to continue to use their rehab services so she can maintain this progress & now even have them working with my 93 year old father. I'm so grateful for how much they have helped her & would highly recommend both. Thank you so much!!

My father has been receiving Physio treatments now for a couple of years. He's 91 and took a fall a couple of years ago and was in a wheelchair. We started the physio and he was up and walking again within weeks. We maintain the physio treatments to ensure that he has the greatest mobility to continue walking and not have to rely on a wheelchair. He now uses a walker on occasions, but still is quite mobile for his age and his history. We really appreciate the Fisiomed staff that come to provide the physio treatments. They've always been very kind and helpful and he appreciates the time with them, even though he does find it a workout, which is a good thing. ;-) My father has had a couple of regular physio treatment staff consistently and the occasional fill-in person. All the staff have been very good with him. So thanks to Pavle, Kai and other staff. All in all, we've been very grateful for their service and pleased with the results. My father is happy to continue sessions each week in order to maintain his mobility for as long as possible.

We feel so fortunate to have found FisioMed mobile clinic. Kai has provided incredible support and shown genuine care for our 93 year-old mother. Thanks to his expertise, patience, and encouragement, our mother has begun to regain mobility we never thought possible. And who knew physio could be so much fun? Kai's sense of humour keeps our mom motivated and moving, even when the exercises get tough. She actually looks forward to her sessions, and for a self-described lazy person, this is a miracle in itself.

I appreciate the support FisioMed provides to support my mom in her care home. We have access to both Physiotherapists and Interns so that she can have additional time to keep her body active and rebuild her ability to walk.
