“Before seeing Kristen, I was dealing with tight jaw muscle for over two years. My cheeks hurt and I was getting constant headaches. I tried lots of different internet stretches with no relief, my dentist and physician said to just stop clenching, and Advil barely did anything. I thought it was something that I just had to learn how to deal with. After my first appointment with Kristen, I was able to feel an immediate difference. “I've attended Fèath & Elemi twice now, mainly to focus on TMJ symptoms I have been experiencing throughout pregnancy, and I have to say all of my TMJ symptoms have now subsided after seeing Kristen for bowen treatments. As I near the end of my pregnancy, I will be attending the facility again for lymphatic drainage and for more upkeep to maintain my body's wellness and to keep it prepped for delivery.
