“The good thing about this place is that it offers a variety of services, its in a community area which means its close by. I went in for a massage, my partner and I, it was our first time at this place, but we left unhappy for the following reasons. * The front reception didn't seem to care too much about a new customer, but was eager to take our insurance information *My massage was not that great, it was a lot of pinching, a few stretches, nothing close to an actual swedish massage. Although I shared my pain points, it seemed that my massage therapist did what she felt, which was lots of elbowing, and pinching, working on one side and not the other. *At one point, I became very irritated, the ambiance of a massage is meant to be relaxing, but they had youtube ads playing in the middle of the massage. When I asked the therapist to please turn it off, she said she would need to get the phone at the desk, don't worry it will turn off automatically. Ad after ad, it was extremely disappointing. Please, please, buy the pro version no ads on youtube, a customer is paying $124 for a massage. *After the music turned off, the worse part began, they started doing laundry, I heard the dryer started and ran the whole time during my massage. I am not sure what anyone was thinking here. I get this is in a unit, but seriously? *Lastly, the hot towel, I have been to numerous massage places, so I know the usual protocol, but here I never got one hot towel to wipe down, and some of the times she didn't even use oil, just dry mat and rub. They have a towel warmer so why wasn't it used? *When I left to pay the remainder portion, another customer was there, I saw them scrambling to get the person in. I am all up for new customers, its a business, I get it, BUT, please respect the person that came in first, and give them a good service. I honestly left pretty disappointed. We tried it because of the reviews, but we will not be going back here, at least not for the massage. I am not sure about the other services so I cannot write about it, I gave them a 2 star simply because its the convenience of being in the community.”Read moreShow less

“Today I had a full body massage therapy session and it was superb. My RMT, Kirandeep, was amazing. She was very sweet, caring, and professional throughout the session. She checked in with me regularly to make sure I was comfortable and that the pressure was okay, which made the whole experience very relaxing and reassuring.
