Late Notice/No Show Policy : Missed Appointments with no notice will be charged the full fee of the appointment missed. Additionally, we require 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment, or you will be charged half the appointment fee for the first time, and the full fee for all subsequent late cancels. If we are given enough notice and are able to fill the appointment spot with another patient, then your fee will be waived. Chronic late cancels will be charged the full appointment fee and will be at the discretion of the clinic. IV THERAPY APPOINTMENTS HAVE A 48 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY DUE TO THE IV BAGS BEING PREPARED IN ADVANCE.

“The RMTs at Evolve are excellent. They are professional, knowledgeable, welcoming, and provide great treatments. I have always been very happy with the care I receive from them. Unfortunately, my experiences with Natalie at reception have been consistently negative. I often find her manner condescending, dismissive, and unwelcoming, as though my questions are an inconvenience or I am unable to understand basic information. It has reached the point where I try to avoid speaking with her whenever possible. It is disappointing because the therapists themselves are wonderful, but the front-desk experience is an important part of visiting any wellness clinic. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and provides additional customer-service training. Her manner has made me consider finding another clinic, despite how much I like the RMTs.”

“I’ve been coming to Evolve Health & Wellness for years, and it honestly feels like such a welcoming and caring place. I’ve been seeing Carolyn for chiropractic care since 2017, and I truly can’t imagine going anywhere else. She’s incredibly knowledgeable, but what stands out most is how much she genuinely cares about her patients. She always takes the time to listen, explain things, and make sure I feel comfortable and supported. She’s been a huge part of helping me stay healthy over the years. I’ve also been seeing Chetna for massage therapy for the last couple of years, and she’s amazing. She’s attentive, skilled, and knows exactly how to address areas of tension while making you feel comfortable and relaxed. I always leave my appointments feeling relaxed, refreshed, and so much better than when I walked in. I’ve recently started seeing Tia for osteopathy, and she has been wonderful as well. She’s thoughtful, caring, and takes the time to really understand what’s going on. I always feel heard and cared for during my appointments with her. What I love most about Evolve is the people. “Five stars for Ashley Tw. She is such an incredibly SKILLED massage therapist!! I've been getting massages for many years and I truly can't say enough about Ashley after two sessions with her - there is nothing that I would change. It left a real impact on me. Her skills are absolutely exceptional, she is very professional, quiet and calming during her session, emotionally-attuned, gentle in demeanour, attentive to individual needs - I could go on. She's like this wonderful fairy that sprinkles magic during her sessions! I also loved the holistic nature with coco oil instead.
