Due to this change, ICBC will no longer cover the full cost of treatment, and a $5.50 user fee will be applied to all subsequent ICBC massage therapy visits.
As a courtesy to fellow patients and the therapist’s time, the clinic requires 24-hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment.
The clinic reserves the right to charge the full appointment fee if not given sufficient notice.
We require ALL patients to have a valid credit card on file in order to book appointments online or over the phone. Credit cards will NOT be charged at the time of booking .
Credit cards may be charged if there is a late cancellation/missed appointment that falls under our 24-hour cancellation policy.

“I had booked an appointment with Leah Crasto for yesterday, and just a couple of hours before the scheduled time, I received a call informing me that the appointment was canceled. There was no prior notice, and this last-minute cancellation completely disrupted my plans. “I’m leaving this review even though I never ended up visiting the clinic, because the experience before the appointment was enough to lose my trust. On December 11 at around 3:30 PM, I booked a 45-minute RMT appointment for December 24 at 11:00 AM. The booking went through successfully and I received a confirmation email. I specifically chose this clinic because it was close to my workplace and I was trying to use my last remaining insurance benefit before it expired. However, the day before my appointment—on December 23 at 4:28 PM—I received a call from the clinic. I assumed it was a routine confirmation call, but I was told they would not be open the next day and that my appointment had to be cancelled. No alternative options were offered (such as rescheduling or another available provider), and no clear explanation was provided—just that it needed to be cancelled. Because it was already the afternoon of December 23, finding another RMT appointment on such short notice was practically impossible. As a result, I lost my last remaining benefit and the opportunity cost of planning around that booking. Apparently, they don’t think the customer’s time is as valuable as their own. Unfortunately, this was my first interaction with the clinic, and it caused me to lose trust before even stepping through the door.”Read moreShow less

I must say it was worth it, my pain reduced significantly, Cody was extremely attentive to my pain points and constantly communicating with me by asking me if I was okay to continue.
