I came in with quite a bit of left shoulder pain, and he took the time to really focus on that area while making sure I was comfortable the entire time. “Best massage I've ever had! I went in with very tight muscles in my legs and feet which was causing my knee & ankle joints to hurt a lot. Just 1 session and I already notice a remarkable improvement in walking, esp downstairs. Elizabeth helped me understand why and what to do going forward to avoid it getting worse. We also discussed some small changes in my diet which have been easy to implement. I'm very excited for my up coming sessions!!! Staff are super friendly and the studio is beautiful.
