“I met with Janet for pelvic floor physiotherapy following my child's birth. Janet is so knowledgeable, kind, and passionate about her work. She listened to my issues and quickly came up with solutions to stretch out different muscles and work on my pelvic floor to reduce discomfort and pain. I am so thankful for her explaining how the exercises would help resolve the issues and how she was so professional and understanding.
