“I can’t say enough about how amazing Jana’s fascial stretch therapy is. I’ve been treated by her from the beginning. She takes into account my job and workout style when planning a stretch and is in perfect communication with me during the session. I used to have chronic back pain, headaches and general tightness. Piece by piece Jana has helped me by not only relieving pains but educating me in preventing them recurring.
