CANCELLATION AND NO SHOW POLICY
Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in the therapists’ day that could have been filled by another patient. As such, we request 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. If you provide less than 24 hours notice, or miss your appointment, you will be charged your full treatment fee. This fee also applies to same day bookings and cannot be billed to insurance providers.

“I came to Jennifer after dealing with a stiff upper back for a month. She was super kind and walked me through the entire appointment. I am now back to my pain free life. The front desk was also super kind and helpful. Booking online is also super easy.”

“Amanda is an incredibly professional and caring hand therapist. She has helped treat a hand injury that had been bothering me for a long time. Not only did she provide excellent treatment during appointments, but she also prepared clear exercise images and recorded demonstration videos so I could continue practicing properly at home. She thoughtfully arranged a suitable orthotic thumb brace for me, which helps prevent improper hand movements and reduces the risk of re-injury. I truly couldn’t have asked for a better hand therapist. I sincerely appreciate everything you’ve done for me, Amanda. Thank you so much!”Read moreShow less

“Saw Adam for lower back and shoulder, and Angie for wrist/hand. Both exceptional — quick and accurate in diagnosis; clear in timelines for recovery; clear in exercises (both the why and the how). All front desk staff are friendly and helpful. Cannot recommend highly enough.”Read moreShow less

“Definitely first class. I was initially skeptical about physio being able to improve my neck pain as I had very limited physio during my life. However, Abarna was was excellent in explaining each procedure that she was doing and why. I had 4 appointments and had noticeable improvement after each. After the fourth appointment, Abarna did not try to upsell me on more appointments but gave me a series of very short exercises to do twice each day. Abarna was great plus she had a personality which is always an asset.”Read moreShow less

“Linda Maedel and the Empower Physio team are incredible at what they do! Linda has been helping me recover from a hand & finger injury. From the very first visit, her extensive knowledge and experience as a certified hand therapist were very evident, which boosted my confidence. What stood out the most throughout all the visits was the high level of patience, care, empathy, and understanding she provided. Linda really does care about her patients and does everything she can to help, both during the sessions and in providing exercises to do at home as part of the process. I would 1000% recommend Linda and Empower Physio, especially for hand related injuries. Booking appointments are a breeze online along with the very helpful and friendly front desk staff. An all star team. Thank you sincerely Linda & the Empower team.”Read moreShow less

“The Empower Physio Clinic is the best I have ever had. All staff are kind and supportive. The physio Anant is the best. He is knowledgeable and manual fixed my shoulder pain and stiffness that pain made me could not sleep and very limited range of motion. Now I can play badminton again. Highly recommend!”Read moreShow less

“Anant is awesome. Really personable and easy to talk to. He finds the sources of pain and helps relieve it. Best physio I’ve worked with by far! He is hard to book but definitely worth the wait. The office staff are nice and polite. Office is clean and parking is easy to find.”Read moreShow less
