Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in the therapists’ day that could have been filled by another patient. As such, we require 24-hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Patients who provide less than 24-hours notice, or miss their appointment, will be charged 50% of the appointment fee for the first missed or late-cancelled appointment, and subject to the full 100% fee for subsequent missed appointments or late cancellations. Please keep in mind that you are not able to claim fees for missed appointment under your extended health benefits.

“I loved the whole experience. The staff are super friendly and caring. The main room and the room where you get your massage are clean and welcoming. I highly recommend giving them a visit. “Came in for massage therapy and had a great experience. Genna really knew what she was doing. I had tension in my shoulder and she targeted it well, left feeling a lot better. The space is clean with a calm, airy feel to it. Receptionist was welcoming right from the start. Breanna, the owner, personally checked in with me after my visit which you don't see often.
