“Highly recommend! Erin is an amazing PT, very thorough, provide tailored treatment - I've gone to her for numerous issues from back, shoulder, arm, pain. I specifically like her combination treatment with acupuncture. I also have my daughter who is a gymnast do pilates sessions with Erin for strengthening and injury prevention. Staff are friendly and efficient!”Read moreShow less

“I have been a client at Embark for some time now. Initially, I was uncertain about what to expect during my first appointment, particularly because of a previous unsatisfactory experience with another physiotherapist from a different clinic. However, deciding to try Embark has proven to be one of the best choices I've made, the clinic maintains a clean, relaxing, therapeutic, and welcoming environment. Erin has been exceptional!!! Consistently supporting me throughout my healing process. Her professionalism is truly commendable and she is a valuable asset, we need more like her around here. Plus, I have been getting my massage done by Lindsey, and I am overall satisfied with the services offered at Embark.”Read moreShow less

“My appointment was very thorough and I felt heard. I have ongoing shoulder issues that were well assessed. My treatment was gentle and I was involved in the process. I was provided an amazing amount of information, treatment plan/take home exercises and a thorough understanding of my process. Erin is warm, caring and quickly assesses and processes the situation!”Read moreShow less

“Mistakenly booked here due to a similar name to the intended business. Deleted the profile on the account that had the booking and it no longer showed in upcoming appointments. Left it, assuming all was good. Nope. Now after receiving an email threatening a no-show charge and calling to speak with the owner to calmly and politely explain this honest mistake and aim for a positive resolution, I've effectively been told I'm SOL. In a time where people are struggling to get by and the cost of living has skyrocketed, you have made an active decision to financially punish someone to the tune of $120 because they tried to do something nice for someone and made a mistake in the process. I can't speak to services provided but I can say the person who owns this business lacks basic empathy and presents themselves as a horrible person. For a business that otherwise seems to be doing well, you would expect a sense of decency from the woman who owns it. Now I'm left waiting until the charge goes from held to posted before my bank manager can file their report for fraudulent activity on my account. The business owner confirmed on the phone it appeared I tried to delete some information and so I can assume she was talking about the profile that I attempted to remove before the appointment date, yet they *illegally* stored and reuploaded this information, including my card information, to my profile. Mishandling personal information and reusing without renewed consent is a crime/PIPEDA violation btw. Step one is this google review. Step two is the fraudulent activity report. Step three will be legal action unless I receive my $120 back. A few automated messages and a phone call aren't worth $120 - but fighting this absolutely will be, so hopefully it doesn't happen to anyone else.”Read moreShow less

“Beautiful clinic. PT Ali is top notch - I’ve been to a few highly recommended PTs but there’s something special about Ali and the way she explains her thought process as she goes through the treatment. Her plan has been very manageable and I’m already feeling better after just 2 visits.”Read moreShow less

“I came to Embark with running‑related ankle pain, and Erin has been amazing. She used different treatments, kept things positive, and truly focused on helping me heal, not keeping me coming back. I’ve referred family and friends because the care is that good.”

“I'm so happy to have found this studio! Very welcoming, warm and clean. I began seeing Lindsay last year for Massage Therapy, it was my first time getting a massage done and she made sure to go over everything and importantly made sure I was comfortable. She continues to do an amazing job! and I leave my appointments feeling relax and refreshed. I have also recently met with Dr. Jessica for a Naturopathic appointment. She was also amazing, the entire first appointment she really wanted to get to know you. We went over my ultrasound reports, which felt a bit dismissed from my family doctor, but she made me feel supported. I really appreciated her willingness to investigate further and order additional testing for my health. I'm feeling excited and confident to continue my care with her! I highly recommend Embark Physical Therapy & Wellness !!”Read moreShow less

“I would like to leave a very positive review specifically for Erin. Erin is an exceptionally kind, considerate, and highly skilled practitioner. She is truly multifaceted in her expertise—bringing together a strong background in physiotherapy and kinesiology, extensive hands-on clinical experience, and knowledge of acupuncture and other approaches. This combination allows her to work holistically, thoughtfully, and effectively, adapting to each person’s body, needs, and limitations. The clinic location itself is also very accessible, which is especially important to highlight. There is a ramp at the entrance, an additional small ramp directly in front of the door, on-site parking, and the clinic is close to public transportation. These details make a real difference for people with limited mobility and for members of the disability community. The clinic is well equipped, with modern therapeutic tools such as shockwave therapy and other physiotherapy equipment, enabling comprehensive and effective treatment in one place. If you are someone with limited mobility—or if you are part of the disability community—and you are looking for a convenient, affordable, respectful, and high-quality physiotherapy experience, I wholeheartedly recommend Erin. She is knowledgeable, attentive, human-centred, and genuinely cares about her clients’ well-being. Erin is truly fantastic.”Read moreShow less
