Your credit card is required to book an appointment but it will not be charged until your appointment takes place or if you cancel with less than 24 hours notice. If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice, you will be charged the full amount of the visit.

Please prepare a 7 day food journal and email it to admin@elitedietitians.com 24 hours before your appointment. Please also complete our intake form before your first appointment.

If you do not see an appointment at the times you prefer, please add yourself to our waitlist and include your time preferences.

About the clinic

In person appointments are at my home office in Deep Cove. Please note there is no bathroom facility on site. All our dietitians can see residents of BC .
