We would like to remind all of our patients that your appointment time is reserved for you. As such we do require 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment or you will be subject to a cancellation fee. We understand that life happens and things come up, however repeated short-notice cancellations leaves an opening in the therapist’s schedule that could have been filled by another patient. Dr. Nicole is back from her maternity leave starting August 7th. She will ONLY be in office on FRIDAYS from 10am until 2pm.

“Dr. Spencer was very attentive, listened carefully to all of my concerns, and took the time to address every issue I brought up. He made me feel heard and explained everything clearly. I have to admit, I was a little skeptical at first because he is quite young, but I was pleasantly surprised by how knowledgeable, understanding, and compassionate he was. He was recommended to me by a friend after my longtime doctor retired, and I’m very glad I decided to book an appointment. Although I’m still experiencing some pain, I already feel better after today’s visit. I’m looking forward to continuing to work with Dr. Spencer and getting back to normal. “Dr. Riley is very thorough and very skilled. He identified a slipped bicep tendon and corrected it within 2 minutes. “I strained my back at work and it didn't seem to be getting any better after a week. It was difficult to bend down, pick up anything or reach without it twinging. Dr Riley came into where I was working to get water from us. I didn't know who he was and when he asked how my day was going, I said pretty good other than I tweaked my back the week before. He told me they were taking clients and explained who he was so I thought I would give it a try. Dr Spencer was very thorough. I was in the clinic for a good hour with him . He asked a lot of questions about my conditions and explained why certain things act up the way they do and made some suggestions and gave me exercise to do at at home. He worked on my back and neck and my knees a bit. I was super happy when I got up the next morning feeling much more mobile and barely twinging. I went for another treatment yesterday, which is considered the follow-up treatments that was approximately 20 minutes. He worked on some of my problem areas and today I can't believe, no twinging and because of that my energy level is up. I highly recommend these guys. I used to go for chiropractic treatment many years ago. These guys do more than just Chiropractic treatment. They they do muscle therapy, which is definitely a benefit. “I've been here for a series of chiropractic appointments with Dr Riley after I had a car accident, and he was absolutely amazing at diagnosing the underlying issues and solving them. I've also been here for a lot of massage appointments with Kimberly Harder. She's absolutely amazing at her job and making you feel comfortable while at the same time making sure to get to the bottom of what's causing the issue. “Earlier this month my legs decided to do an Australian break dance routine on my walkway, I found out later that I had buldged/herniated my lowest disk, it wasn't the worst it could be but still caused me sciatica like symptoms and excruciating pain in my right leg and i couldnt drive or sit without being in pain. I went in to Elite for just three visits over the course of a couple of weeks and Spenser had me back to feeling like my proper self in no time. Of course the nature of the injury has a long recovery time but Spencer's relatable knowledge to this type of injury allowed him to give me the most effective type of treatment. On my last visit enough time had passed and he was finally able to give me a good proper adjustment in the injured area and after the aggravated disk calmed down in 24 hours I felt normal, which is all I wanted in those 3 weeks. Simple soreness and stiffness is all that remains now and I highly recommend using Elite when you have any kind of injury that a few stretches just wont take care of. 6 stars, 11 out of 10”Read moreShow less
