60 minIn our sessions, we’ll work together to create a personalized approach that supports your physical and mental health goals. We’ll begin with a check-in, followed by a training session in the gym or, if preferred, upstairs in the clinic using somatic-based practices to support nervous system health. Each session includes an individualized strength program tailored to your needs, for both gym and home workouts. I bring an anti-oppressive approach informed by various theories and movement certifications to support your overall health and wellness goals. I look forward to learning about your strengths and supporting your journey of self-discovery and personal growth!
