“Dr. Jamal, You are honest, professional and easy to get along. With your "cracking" (chiropractic) sessions and the practices you recommended, I have gotten better and stayed better. I had a really bad sciatica for a few months and nothing had worked. This impacted all aspects of my life. I went to my family doctor and she ordered an MRI which was a few months away. A friend of mine referred me to you. In the first session, you tested the strength of different muscles and treated me accordingly. You told me that I need to keep on with the practices just like eating and drinking everyday to stay strong. Otherwise, even I got better, I would need to come back often due to my poor core strength. I cannot thank you enough for my better back. “This facility is clean & quiet. The waiting room is never busy, and the reception staff are pleasant. Dr. Beauvais is a great chiropractor. He is thorough, knowledgable and has a kind & caring disposition. I felt at ease right away with him, I'm able to relax & enjoy treatments. He pinpoints my trouble spots before I even tell him where my pain is. “Booked an orthotics appointment week ahead and they sent me intake forms I filled out. I arrive to my appointment and the receptionist tells me “the doctor is really busy” (what’s the point of the appointment) and “you didn’t fill out a part of the intake form for benefits”. (Which I did) “The doctor is not sure if he can see you because of how busy it is”…Then proceeds to telling me to call my insurance and that I need to find out about my coverage how much I’m covered and if chiropractor can prescribe it. (Why didn’t you tell me this on the phone), I said I’ll pay out pocket and I’ll deal with it I need them. she says “no, you have to call your insurance and check first and then we gotta see if the doctor can still see you”…why didn’t you call me ahead of time to tell me this rather waste my time driving to your clinic 20 mins when you had ample time to connect and tell me this.
