“Unprofessional. The whole time he spoke nonsense about what modern medicine and other chiropractors on the island can't do, and discredits individuals without providing his own accountability. A clear example of this is his responses to reviews on this page (I'm expecting a forthcoming one on this review), trashing those who provided a negative review without asking to understand how the experience can be improved for next time; he simply disregards his patients' feelings toward their experience. For me personally, he didn't provide treatment plans, simply said to keep coming back without providing any rationale or long-term plan. He would literally cold call me telling me to come in. I was also astounded when he told me how he feels about stretch marks on people and them being a 'turn off'. Despicable and abhorrent behaviour from a healthcare provider who needs to close down shop.”Read moreShow less

“Fantastically thorough and knowledgeable. I've been going to chiropractors for many years and Dr. Bob taught me a lot about my spine that I didn't know. “DON'T GO!!! told me I had a chiropractic issue. I had a slipping disc in my lower back ! 200$ later and I left in more pain. I ended up going back to the ER for the 3rd time. He needs to retire!!! He was also late for my appointment.......”

“Today was my first encounter with a Chiropractor. Bob is a genuine and very knowledgeable person. He was able to introduce me to spinal health and the importance in plays in our bodies wellbeing. As a woman in her late 20's I had never considered visiting a Chiropractor until I was experiencing neck and lower back pain. “That saying "Don't judge a book by it's cover" rings true with Dr. Bob, his office space is in an older building and isn't filled with fancy things on the walls or a receptionist booking his appointments. This proves to be completely unnecessary if you are truly wanting the best adjustment of your life with the most knowledgeable chiropractor my partner Doug and I have both ever met. We were on Salt Spring Island for a weekend getaway and I was in desperate need of an adjustment. Dr. Bob took care of both of us, he was extremely thorough, very interactive and like I said, we got the deepest and best adjustment we've both ever had. We joked on the drive home whether we could fit a trip to Salt Spring in our budget a few times a year just for chiropractic care. He helped us in many other ways as well, directing us to another colleague for our other health concerns and we feel forever grateful we found him that day. “If you are searching chiropractors you should go see Dr Bob. I've been to many chiropractors and his work is amazing. Resuslts of course very form individuals but I have made great progress in as little as a week.
