“Came to Douglasdale Family Chiropractic a few weeks ago following a flare-up of shoulder and back issues from sports and motorcycle accident injuries flared up. Cole (Chiro) and Dave (Massage) have been great. I was impressed with the initial consultation and assessment to identify areas of concern that needed attention so as to develop a treatment plan. “Highly recommend Cole! He makes you feel so comfortable and truly heard. He listens carefully to exactly what the issues are and does a very thorough assessment. He goes out of his way to make sure you’re doing okay — he even called later the same day to check on me, which I’ve never had a chiropractor do before. I’ve already recommended him to two friends, several of my clients, and even my 17-year-old daughter, who also sees him. If Cole isn’t available, Daryl is amazing as well. My girlfriend and daughter have both seen Daryl too and had great experiences. “When I firts met David, it was just for a quick 10 min introduction to deep tissue massage in which he took the time to ask about my main areas of concern and he worked one of them right away - it was an instant relief and as such I ended up booking some sessions with him. As I never had a massage done before, David suggested to start with a 30 minute session to see how my body would react and if it made any difference or improvement for me. I had a couple 30 minute sessions and today I had my firts one full hour session - and I feel great. With each visit, David concentrates in aliviating what hurts or bothers me the most that day - either my neck, shoulders, lower back or hips or a well combination of all - after each visit or seesion, I do leave the office feeling much better and zero soreness. I have suffered from lower back pain since I was 18 and I honestly never thought getting a deep tissue massage would help improve my pain, howevere David proof me wrong.
