“I’m so grateful for Dr. MacMillan’s care and expertise. He’s incredibly knowledgeable, thorough, and genuinely cares about his patients. I’m a very particular person, and it actually took me almost a year and several visits before writing this review because I wanted to be sure it was well deserved and it absolutely is! Dr. MacMillan takes his time during each visit and never rushes you. He explains everything clearly, the reasons behind tests, procedures, and what’s going on in your body in a way that’s easy to understand and builds real trust. I had seen another naturopathic doctor in the past whom I thought was good, but their focus eventually shifted more towards cosmetic treatments, and I lost trust in their medical and diagnostic care. Dr. MacMillan, on the other hand, truly prioritises his patients’ health. Even if he ever offered cosmetic services, I believe he’d still approach them with the same genuine care and medical integrity he brings to everything else. He helped me feel completely confident in getting my iron infusion done with him the procedure was smooth, comfortable, and I wish I had found him sooner! His receptionist Ava also deserves special recognition, she is patient, kind, and efficient with scheduling and insurance. She handled everything so professionally, even with challenges.
