“CTT has an integral role in saving my life, had I not been aligned with them and their services, I am confident I wouldn’t writing this. The support professionals in the differing facets they come from have been assisting me in gaining a quality of life since my life altering car collision just over 5 years ago. Sustaining a severe TBI and an arraignment of other issues has at many times resulted in me almost taking my own life. Substance abuse compounded said issues but also caused me to become a very complex, high risk client.Having the ability to look at everything objectively during this stage of my recovery, I am even more grateful that Critical Trauma Therapy as a whole has stood by my side since the very beginning. Most recently I have completed the TMS treatment protocol for the various systemic issues I suffer from. Dr.A (psychiatry) & Taj(neurology) are a miracle come true. Their comprehensive and all encompassing knowledge, experience and unparalleled compassion have given me a second chance at life. All of the hardship, endured suffering, times where the gravity and immensity of where the circumstance of life had found me…It now has purpose and meaning of being worth while because it led me to meeting Taj. The bitterness and resentment of circumstance is now met with peace, solely due to my experience and having been treated with such kindness, compassion and the highest established order of medical care. In conclusion, it is only right that I give those exploring the idea of TMS advice that I would appreciate someone had imbued onto me when I started researching this method of care. There is an over abundance of misinformation, disinformation and blatant falsehood online regarding TMS therapy. Not to mention sheer ignorance and misleading reporting of people who claim to have undergone the treatment. This alone is a travesty that carries the implication of individuals such as myself turning down this life saving therapy, which I need to add; is offered when majority of other modalities have little to no effect. I cannot appeal enough to those considering this treatment to validate any sources of information and be extremely weary of “personal testimonials”. There are many aggravating factors that can completely sabotage or render a strong degree of mitigation in the maximal effectiveness of the treatment. More importantly, Taj conducts a QEEG before then after completing the treatment protocol. My subjective experience is one thing but the drastic improvements through a conclusive method of diagnostic testing is the tactile proof that can’t be refuted. The improvements in my brain are truly astonishing, I was literally left speechless when the doctors and I did the QEEG review upon completion of the treatments. If you are lost and nearing the end ot the line with life, this treatment can and will save your life. Just like it did mine.”Read moreShow less
