When booking patients under 18 years of age, if you already have a profile (as the parent booking) you can go in your profile and there is an option to add a family member and create their profile that way. If you don’t have a profile you would start from scratch creating the child’s profile. Legally, any patient under 18 years old must be accompanied by a parent to every appointment. I apologize for the inconvenience.
