“Core Wellness Collective is amazing. Ive been seeing Dr. Kirsten Setrakov for a few years now and she's amazing! She really gets to know you as a person, what is bothering you and works together to fix it. She even provided me with only learning of a certain issue I was having. Ive also seen two of their massage therapist, Sam and Jhanne, both great in their own ways. I really appreciate having one place to get both treatments. “I can't say enough good things about Core Wellness in Regina. From the moment you walk through the door, you're treated to a warm and inviting environment that is exceptionally clean. I've had the pleasure of being treated by a few of their practitioners and have been consistently impressed. “I’ve been seeing Dr. Setrakov for 3 years now and she is amazing. She is very knowledgeable, approachable, professional and makes me feel very comfortable throughout the entire appointment. She really takes the time to get to know her patients and she listens to all of my concerns. Her treatments have helped me immensely and I always leave feeling better physically and mentally than when I walked in. “I cannot even begin to explain how amazing this clinic is. Not only is it beautiful, but the team is out of this world! Nicole and Kirsten have been through thick & thin with me - through pregnancy, postpartum & now living with a toddler aches & pains. The dynamic of the entire team is so smooth. The communication to provide the best care possible for their patients is unmatched. They go above & beyond and have so much knowledge and expertise in their field. “We have had a wonderful experience with Dr. Nicole Munro at Core Wellness Collective. She is so knowledgeable and an appointment with her goes beyond a simple adjustment. She usually has suggestions for exercises/stretches to enhance your healing. My daughter started seeing her at 10 years old for chiropractic care and has experience relief in back/neck pain, relief of mild tinnitus, better sleep, and the ability to fall asleep much faster. I was honestly blown away by her care for my daughter and how she listens to her. She has asked me clarifying questions as well, of course, but she has given my daughter the confidence and vocabulary to understand and explain what is happening in her body...and also given her a voice in the treatment and recommendations for how to improve her spinal health at home. I also need to rave a little about the office! It is a comfortable and accommodating space, and even the conversation between staff members in the common areas is light, fun and friendly! The office is conveniently located, there is parking available and the atmosphere inside is very good. “I have seen Dr Munro with both of my pregnancies. She is incredible to work with, so thorough, great to converse with and she really takes the time to ensure all areas are addressed. Her knowledge about the body and pregnancy is astounding and I truly credit feeling great to work 12 hour shifts right up to delivery thanks to her I have also taken my infant to her for torticollis and craniosacral therapy. She truly is the best with these little patients and I recommend her to everyone. I have also had the pleasure to try acupuncture with Dr. Setrakov. She also was very thorough with the assessment and I never once felt rushed. Both Nicole and Kirsten are so patient and thorough with assessments and treatments. “⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I cannot say enough wonderful things about my experience here! I brought my 5-week-old to see Dr. Nicole for help with digestion, posture, and a tongue tie, and she exceeded every expectation. She is clearly passionate about her work, incredibly educated, and so knowledgeable. From the moment we walked in, she made us feel comfortable and cared for. She explained everything in detail, constantly asked for consent before making any adjustments, and told us exactly what she was doing and why; something I really appreciated as a new mom. Her office is immaculate and thoughtfully set up, even offering a clean, comfortable area to feed and change a baby. The front desk staff were just as wonderful, making the whole experience seamless and welcoming. It’s rare to find someone who combines expertise with such genuine compassion, but Dr. Nicole is truly one of those rare gems.
